About this desk organizer
This desk organizer is made from laminated MDF and combines an upright phone stand with compartments for everyday essentials such as keys, wallet, watch, AirPods, pens and glasses. It comes in Brown or Black and has two round engraving areas, one on the left and one on the right.
Personalize it with a name, a short message or your company logo to create an individual gift for each person on your list. It suits client appreciation, employee recognition, onboarding a new team member, work anniversaries and corporate Christmas gifting.

Name, message and logo personalization
- Choose the engraving area: Left & Right, Only Left, Only Right or No Personalization.
- Each side can carry a name, a short message, a design code from the 36 designs in the Personalization Guide images, or an uploaded logo.
- A company logo is optional. For corporate gifts, a popular layout is the recipient’s name on one side and your logo on the other.
- In Customize Now, logos can be uploaded as PNG, JPG or JPEG files (max. 5 MB per image).

Personalized orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days, followed by FedEx Express delivery (US and Canada typically 2–4 business days, UK and Europe typically 1–2 business days after dispatch). U.S. orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid); for Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe, import taxes, VAT, GST or customs charges are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

Can we personalize with a name, a message or our company logo?
Yes. The organizer has two engraving areas, left and right. Add a name, a short message or a design code from the Personalization Guide, upload your company logo, or combine a name on one side with your logo on the other. A company logo is optional. In Customize Now you can upload a PNG, JPG or JPEG logo (max. 5 MB per image); for corporate requests you can also share your logo file after we reply.
Is gift wrapping included for corporate orders?
Gift wrapping is complimentary on orders of 20 or more units. This is not a minimum order quantity, a discount or a free-shipping threshold.
How are corporate orders packed?
Each organizer is individually packed in its own box, and a sticker with the recipient’s name is added to each box for easy distribution. The boxes are packed in cartons and shipped together to one delivery address.
Can you include a gift card with our logo and a personal message?
Yes, as an option. Mention it in your quote request or message us, and we’ll discuss the details with you.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can order a single organizer online or request a corporate quote for any quantity.
Can we request a specific delivery date?
Please share your preferred delivery date in your request. We’ll confirm what is workable for your quantity and destination; dates are estimates, not guarantees. Personalized orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days before FedEx Express dispatch.
What is the organizer made of, and does it charge my phone?
It is made of laminated MDF in Brown or Black. It is not an electronic charging device and no charger is included; the phone stand has cable access for your own charging cable.
Who pays import duties or taxes?
U.S. orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). For Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe, import taxes, VAT, GST or customs charges are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.
